Smoking Pots June 2022 Blue Zones Event
Peggy Dahlquist arranged a wonderful and informative event on June 14th, a Blue Zones lunch menu and demonstration by Chef Laura at CJ's on the Bay. She discussed the Blue Zones diet, eating wisely, and how to live healthier, longer, and happier. Lunch include Hearts of Palm Cevich, "Caesar" Salad, and Chocolate Mousse; all Blue Zones plant-based recipes. YUM!! Attendees included Maureen Schuh, Peggy Dahlquist, Ginger Miller, Barbara Faha, and Mandy Rudolph.
