Smoking Pots members attended a fantastic event on August 7th hosted by Valerie Schmitt and Maureen Schuh, "Let's Roll!" Attendees learned the art of making Vietnamese Fresh Salad Rolls. All the fixings were provided, and Valerie and Maureen instructed us on how to roll 'em up. The results were a delicious lunch accompanied by Maureen's fried rice and finished with lychees & raspberries for dessert. We were all inspired to try Vietnamese fare at home! In addition to our hosts, attendees included Rita Coyne, Barbara Faha, Sandy Lyverse, Susan Taylor, Laura Zappala, and Valerie's sister, Helen.
