The Island Chef’s held one of their monthly events at Bistro La Baguette restaurant for a cooking demo. Chef Sabastien Maillard demonstrated how to prepare Quiche Lorraine French style. Island Chefs’ members Irene Bashir, Carolyn Auton, Jan Scriver, Mary Pounds-Zabkar, Julie Boone, and Camilla Sawick, were treated to the final product of quiche accompanied by a side salad and libations. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all.
