Island Chefs "Ricotta Night" - March 23, 2022
The ladies of Island Chefs gathered at the home of Lori Donatelli on Wednesday, March 23, 2022. Lori and co-host, Jo Marco, presented our awaiting palates with a delectable feast of offerings all containing the star ingredient of the night, ricotta. As you can see from the pictures below, it was difficult to acquire photographic evidence of full platters of all the delicious food because it was gobbled up so quickly.
